Urban Decay SA Online store is a ****, DO NOT BUY!

Appalling service from online Urban Decay team at L'oreal (importers and distributors of UD in SA). Black Friday 29Nov purchase turned into a customer service nightmare. 2 items from order were suddenly "out of stock" though website didn't say so during purchase and payment. After many telephonic, email, FB, FB Messenger, stalking, follow ups, nagging, pleading and threats I was told on 6 Dec I would be refunded for the 2 setting sprays not delivered to me. Today 18 Dec after more phonecalls, FB messages, I was assured that the refund was processed on 12 Dec and that the refund can take up to "30" days as per their Ts&Cs. I'm monitoring my bank account to see if this alleged refund was processed. Will be back here to update. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE! It's a ****, they will ***** your money! Buy Bobbi Brown and MAC which are much better value for money and better product lines, oh and MAC actually does deliver when you buy from them online! Go figure....
