Urban Decay online a ****

On 25 Aug I purchased the All nighter spray on sale. On 26 Aug I received a call from Chris Adam regarding my order. He said they have not received my payment for the order and that I'd need to make payment. I advised him that I did make payment, but he insisted that I'd need to make another payment in order to receive my order. So after the call I then checked on my banking app and indeed I'd made the payment, however it was pending as the merchant (Urban Decay) had not taken their money as yet. I tried calling him back but I received the voicemail instead. On 29 Aug I again checked the status of the payment on my banking app and it had gone through successfully. I'd like to know when my order is going to be shipped as the shipping status still says "Not shipped". This is the worst online shopping experience I've EVER had. Would not recommend purchasing Urban Decay or Loreal products online. Till today 8 Sep 2020 I have not received my order and no one has even bothered to get back to me about my purchase. When you call their number it takes you to voicemail where they tell you to email them, but they don't even respond.
