URBAN DECAY IS A ****!!!

I bought products from the urban decay online store on the 26th of August, it’s the 8th of September now & I still have not received my products or a notification of the cause of the delay. The customer service they provided doesn’t even work?! They don’t respond to emails. They delete all my IG comments, they don’t respond to my tweets. I have never had such a horrible experience shopping online. I think they just took my money & ****med me.
