Urban Decay Cape Town so called "Interview"

May 05 2017 Urban Decay broadcasted on their facebook fanpage status that they were holding an open day for Make-Up Artists , Store Managers and Sales Assistants Vacancies in Cape Town . I was excited to see this as finding a Make-Up Artist Vacancy can be quite tricky at the best of times I am a Qualified ITEC Beauty The****** . After sending them a few questions on their facebook fanpage , I was given very little to no information about the so called open day . All I was told that the open day was taking place at The Hyde Hotel in Seapoint starting at 10am What exactly did that mean ? I was told that there would be a sign outside stating where they would be in The Hyde Hotel , there was NO SUCH SIGN ! Instead I had to ask , and was given the look as if I was supposed to know ?? I was directed to "the meeting room " , where about 10 other females sat and waited . No one really knew who was next for the interview . After waiting for almost three hours to be interviewed , one of the interviewers came in and said that they were going on a lunch break . Since when is applying for a vacancy the same as a casting agency , casting agencies now seem more organised than a well known make-up brand who are looking to hire permanent staff ??
