Unfair customer experience

Good day,

I am quite disappointed in the stock you guys keep in your stores. The past 2 weeks I have gone to your Menlyn store to get my cover that I use... and you guys remain out of stock... I have also been waiting 4 months for a heat palet. I have decided to go back to my old make-up brand because at least they keep their shops stocked. Fafa the manager at Menlyn and Robin the sales lady was so helpful but I guess their hands are tied if there is no support from distribution. I put a complaint on their Facebook 2 days ago and they still haven't responded.
