Welcome to the pathetic service I’ve received for Christmas.

So I’ve purchased from Urban Decay’s online store for some holiday gifts. They gladly took my money instantly. But a confirmation? No. I emailed to query? No reply I called? Nobody answered I reached out to L’Oréal and nobody answered either.

So let’s all make it clear that I will give you a bad reputation and constantly nag for a refund till you hear how much of a bad brand image you’ve created in this time.
