Returns are a nightmare

I ordered product online and the incorrect shade was delivered. All I want to do is return this shade of foundation and get the correct one delivered. I have send multiple mails, phoned over 15 times (Consultants are always busy) left two messages and submitted an online form with no response.

Please let me know how I can return the product and get the correct one shipped I have phoned L'Oreal on these numbers: 012 860 700 and ********** I have also emailed these email addresses: ********** ********** .
