Extremely poor service THERESA GWANGWA and Urban Decay!!!!!!

I placed an order on 18 February this year. One item was missing from the delivery. I called and emailed them several times but calls went unanswered and I received auto responses to my emails saying they’re closed for the festive season (in Feb 2020!). I eventually received a voice message from one THERESA GWANGWA who blamed it on lack of stock, other members of staff and lockdown. 6 months later, I have received neither a refund nor the missing item. This is a poor reflection of the brand itself. Disciplinary measures must be taken against Theresa for her flagrant disregard towards customers and lies!
