Do not order from them online - very disappointed

Do not buy online. Rather go to Foshini and buy from there. I ordered a few items, when it arrived one was missing (R300 mascara) no note, nothing. I phone and tell them it's missing, they said they would get back to me. An hour later, I phone again and was told it was out of stock (when I ordered and paid that wasn't communicated to me). They said they would refund me within 30 business days. When I eventually got my money back, they had only paid R240 back, and not the R300 I had paid for the item. Very disappointed as this was my first time purchasing with them online, won't do that again.
