Bad customer service

Today decided to visit the store for make up testing/lesson and to buy. We get to the store, we stood there for about 15 minutes without any assistance, finally when we got assistant the lady was not friendly at all, she was impatient. She told me that it was not possible for the lesson to happen as it's busy, I didn't understand as my friend and I were the only two customers in the store at that time, she told us to come back some other time, mind you I told her that I'm from Rustenburg I'm not from Joburg. She simply told us to make an appointment for the next time we in Joburg. Imagine, to me that simply told me that my sale doesn't matter at all. Extremely disappointed with the service!
