Absolutely appalled by urban decays service

I would like some assistance please.

A few weeks ago I placed an order from Urban Decay for a foundation. I waited around eight days for the shipment, as everyday there was a new excuse with the shipping company. Every single time I call them there is no answer and I have to leave voice messages. They do not respond to any of their emails either. One lucky day, they returned my calls and I told them the foundation shade did not suit me. They told me they would have someone collect the foundation from me but a week went by and no one came. After the week passed they called me up saying they came to collect the foundation when I was actually not at home as they could inform me when they would come so I could make arrangements. Thus, I became annoyed and decided to keep the foundation bc this service was ridiculous. However, a few days ago I see they have refunded me but they have not collected the item. I have tried to call them constantly but again no answer. Please can someone assist me. As they should pick up the foundation, as I will refuse to be held liable for any further altercations. And I have evidence showing I have reached out to Urban Decay on numerous occasions.
