Disappointed

We had our roof waterproofed by urban damp just under a year ago and spent a significant amount of money with them they also replaced part of our roof. We were told that the work was under guarantee. Now just under a year later the new roof is leaking for the second time and our patio where a problem was “fixed” has started leaking again. When I try to call Clive to ask him to come back he just ignores my calls. He only answered my call when I called from an unfami**** number, and then he told me he was out of the province and would call me to arrange to come back when he is back, 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for his call. Very poor service in my opinion.
