Urban Current terrible customer service!!!

I'm looking for an apartment so I get hold of Urban Current, the first incident Eve asked me to email her my requirements and till today I haven't gotten a response, this was 3 days ago. A few mins ago I just called and the lady advised me the property I want is already taken, as I proceeded to enquire about Eves email which I didn't receive response to, she dropped the call in my ear. How the hell are u suppose to help clients if you not even willing to listen to them. I won't continue looking for assistance from this company. Terrible customer service. I'm fuming
