Pathetic/No Service

What a bad company. Cannot get any help from them whatsoever. As far as I am concerned they are con artists!!!! You can send messages to cell numbers and emails but you won't get a response. When you call you will be lucky to get through to them and when you do they make promises which they don't keep....I want a refund. Honestly they are a complete waste of time!
