NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

i was urgently looking for a place to stay in JHB, i came across a company called Urban current, i then called them on saturday and spoke to a lady called bridget, she gave me a whole lot of wrong information and insisted i FIRST pay R400 before she can help me ANY FURTHER, she honestly DID NOT NO what she was doing, her main goal was for me to pay that R400, i even thought the company was a **** because she was only worried about me paying the money but because i was so desperate for a place i paid the R400, once i paid she did not help me at all to find a flat, i eventually got angry and told her i want to speak to someone else who can help, i then got a call from Eve, Eve was such a great help to me, she even helped me after her working hours, i was travelling to JHB sunday but the place we were suppose to stay at was unavailable, i was then stranded in JHB town, Eve went so far to help me as a customer she excepted me and my husband to stay at her home until i found a place, i was a complete stranger and she went out her way to help me, she then found me a place on Monday, Urban current need more staff like EVE(goes the extra mile to help her customers and NOT STAFF LIKE BRIDGE
