Speechless

I am a regular buyer at urban and what i found out is that most of their labels have defects.In December 2014 i bought a powder blue shirt and I specified the size i wanted,i did not fit the shirt because i have the same thing in different colours when i got home i fitted it and i found out that it was the wrong size i called the store and they said they have the size i want in a different shop and they will have it delivered to their store and they will call me. I was worried coz of their 10 day policy so i kept on calling them and they kept on saying they will call me until i went to the store and i spoke to the manager who said the same thing and extended my slip he called me 2 days before the expiry date and said they do not have the shirts anymore but i can come in and exchange,i went to the store to do just that then they tell me that the shirt is on sale again which means i can only take something for the current price,which is totally unacceptable because they are the ones that have been taking me from pillar to post.the manager said he will contact head office and i asked him to including me in the emails.i have not heard anything which means he has done nothing.
