WORK AND ART REVIEW

I've lived at Urban Circle for the past 2 years namely 2022 and 2023. My experience has left me on the fence about how i feel . Ive been rather conflicted . One may ask why I return then ? I returned because of the convenience of the way they do certain things. Elaboration : Urban Circle had back up generators in 2022 which were then cut off in 2023 . This year we had back up lights for the main areas like the study and the Wi-Fi remained on. Secondly the bus schedule was also something that brought convenience because unlike other reses our bus maintained an hourly return. My biggest problem was the water , which they always failed to communicate and moreover fix. Whats even more annoying is that it always happened around the same time. The sweet to the bitter is that the admin staff from Work and Art : Sandile is such a breath of fresh air . Very good at communicating with students and futhermore very funny. In your frustration he'll help you with solutions . So to answer your question , I always return to Work and Art because when i look at the upsides and the downsides . the upsides alwsys out-weigh downsides . And lastly they have a very effective security company . I feel very safe at night , because I know the security is there and they'll protect me , should they.
