Terrible Experience at Drivelines Student Accomodation

I'm having a terrible experience at Urban Circle (Drivelines Student Accommodation). We're currently without electricity for 7 days with no communication from management. Our food is spoiling, and it's incredibly frustrating, especially during exam season. The units have mold, ****roaches, and ants, which I've repeatedly complained about to no avail. The management prioritizes payment reminders over addressing legitimate concerns. I strongly advise first-years to avoid this residence, as the subpar services and unresponsive management are making life unbearable.
