The house mother and building manager were truly a valuable asset to the residence. They were always available to lend a helping hand whenever needed and were quick to respond to any issues or complaints. They were very kind and easy to talk to, making it easy to approach them with any concerns or questions. I really appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the residents felt comfortable and safe in their environment. They did a fantastic job and I was grateful to have them.
