NON PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT ON ACCOMMODATION

I've submitted the forms for the refund for accommodation deposit on the 24 January 2024, They keep on sending me from pillar to post until today. They always wait for me to enquirer about the progress for my refund, but still, no one is telling me the actual date for my refund. They owe me R4850.00. I'm so exhausted. I don't remember skipping a month during my son's stay at their flat (THE HOUSES THAT STANLEY BUILT). I should have known from the scratch that they have such a terrible service, i would have looked for accommodation somewhere else. This is very unacceptable.
