Pay for a couriere and they send it snail mail!

I paid for an item with Urban Candy . I paid R80 for a courier service. They firstly sent it 5 days after the order after I had walked to the post office at least 3 times! Secondly they sent it registered post - this is only to pocket the extra money saved on not sending a courier as instructed - very dissaoinyti8ng!
