No refund from Urban Beauty after cancel booking

I have booked massage at Urban Beauty in Kuilsriver for myself and wife for 09 November 2015 the idea was to spoil my wife for her birthday. I booked and pay via EFT. The website accepted the bookings and days on their site showed they were doing business on Mondays. Note: I am never made used of their services before. On the day I receive the call from them to inform me that they not open on Monday's. I was inconvenience and had to phone another beauty place and pay more money just to ensure my wife is happy. They are Urban Beauty told me that they will refund me the end of month. Today is 07 December 2015 and I am still waiting for their refund. I would never opt anyone to make use of their services, they prices is cheap and that is all to it.
