Customer Service

I have always witnessed and experienced your unprofessionalism but today was just too much. You have no respect for the time of your clients. I've always had to wait for almost 30 minutes of the booked time and I've always just calmed myself. Today my appointment was scheduled for 4pm and the way the manager was so casual about the fact that the person who was supposed to assist me was busy with another client was just baffling. No appreciation for the fact that I had rushed through traffic just to punctual. You have alot to learn about customer service.
