Urban Beauty Lounge Wembley Square charging client bank charges even though it was the business who cancelled the appointment.

Most disappointing service from Urban Beauty Lounge in Wembley Square. For some reason there the******s are off sick a lot and this is the 3rd time my appointment has been cancelled on the day of due to the same. What is the most upsetting is that I paid for my booking beforehand. This morning I got a message that my the****** is not coming in due to family issues which I fully understand but point is the business refunded me less than what I paid. Reason being is that I have to pay the R33 bank charges to get a refund. It is not about the money at all but the entire principle. How can I be held liable for bank charges for a service I did not even receive, not because of my fault but because they cancelled the appointment??!! This is totally unacceptable and I’m sure they are doing it with every client who’s appointment was cancelled by the business. Beyond ridiculous!!
