Non delivery of goods

I ordered 1300m2 porcelin floor tiles in February 2015 and delivery was promised within 3 days. The tiles arrived two weeks later and by that time the my deal was cancelled by my client. A meeting was held and a refund was agreed to. Numerous emails and phone calls have been sent and to date no response has been given.
