Terrible experience with Upturn Upholstery

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company ( Jeanne to be exact.) Initially she was responsive, even confirmed receipt of my money. This was early November 2022. The stuff never arrived. She/they no longer respond to my emails/calls and texts. I do not recommend them and this is the best I could do to warn potential clients. I cannot tag or comment on their Instagram page.
