Very bad service and experience

Service so dissapointing after parting with large sum of money struggling to register a vehicle into my name 14 days after purchase. Dealer not responding to my messages or calls am in Cape Town and dealer is in Johannesburg. Traffic department mentioned car had not been licensed plus name on invoice proof of sale should match the RC 1 which is not so. I had to replace battery as one supp**** was faulty and also only realised when wanting to buy batteries for remote on key to realise that key was of a different car model l brought Nissan and received a Datsun key. Now time for change of ownership is almost up which should be done in 21 days plus distance from Cape Town to get to Johannesburg is costly with no responses forthcoming.
