<p>We contacted via Gumtree in November 2017 for construction poles. We gave all specification and by when we would need the poles. She proceeded to push us for deposit. We were expecting to receive full delivery within the first two weeks of December, thus we made payment in full. After a lot of missed delivery dates and empty promises and lies, we received our first delivery, but the poles did not meet the specifications. The further delay of delivery was then blames on the festive season and on us as the clients. We constantly had to phone the supplier to find out what was going on and just received excuses. We finally received another delivery and the inferior poles were collect. After receiving only 24 out of the 36 poles which were needed,&nbsp; informed us of a price change and that "she feels we received our moneys worth." She was now proceeded to remove her and her company's Facebook profile, as well as her Gumtree user.</p>
