Please be so kind and explain to me with regards to the payments paid to date .

Opening balance ( ? ) please provide me with the amount.

16 November an amount was paid of R 300

Closing balance was an amount of R 1082.21

An statement dated 08 December an balance of R 1097.86 was owed.

Why is there a difference of R 15.65 ?

14 December an amount was paid of R 220

Closing balance was R R 927.08

If my closing balance was R 1097.86 as per statement and amount of R 220 was paid then the outstanding balance now must be R 877.86

Kindly advise why is the outstanding balance of the store receipt then R 927.92 ?

Another question .Why is my account at your Collections Department ? My account is not in any arrears.
