PS Failed to Deliver My Parcel and Mismanaged My Payment

My experience with UPS was extremely disappointing. They do not offer proper door-to-door delivery, and their tracking and tracing system is weak and unreliable.

To make matters worse, they were unable to properly allocate my payment, resulting in me having to pay twice. Despite this, they still could not deliver my parcel to my door. I ultimately had to arrange an Uber to collect my parcel from their warehouse myself.

Overall, the service was frustrating, inefficient, and far below what I would expect from a courier company. Very poor experience.
