UPS holding me at ransom because I do not want to pay for shipping charges twice (NOTE: Not custom duties, but UPS shipping charges!). I have an invoice and bank confirmation of the shipping charges being paid, yet they refuse to release the item until I pay again. I have a clear audit trail of everything, but they are not interested in anything I have to offer. Impossible to have a meaningful conversation with them as no one in the office can comprehend and respond to the most basic of questions (or simply refuses to out of choice) or have the slightest comprehension of the English language.
