Worst services

The worst service ever! I sent in proof of payment one consultant confirmed it was received and 3 days later no update was received spoke to Siphesihle Baloyi and she said my proof of payment wasn’t received. 2 agent working for the same company telling different stories. She was rude and wanted to drop the call while I was still on the line. This is definitely the worst service rather opt for DHL than UPS! Service sucks
