WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER

If it was possible to give a 0/5 rating I would, worst service ever, I had to call every day for weeks after payment and be alerted that the parcel would be delivered, after that, it was another mission for them to send me the final invoice, was on hold for 40 mins and dealt with a very rude and unhelpful agent by the name of Sello who was condescending like he was doing me a favor by doing his job, if you can please use another courier, especially for business parcels.
