UPS Worst delivery service

Ups is terrible. Just to make a payment for a package, it takes many attempts to get links sent to you. I ended up not getting the link because it never arrived! You are then "forced" to use their EFT which takes upto 48 hrs to clear. There is no urgency at all about getting packages cleared and delivered. It has the worst service I have encountered since importing goods. Very frustrating!!!
