UPS - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I would not even give this business a minus in stars. After advising me of exceptionally high clearance fees as well as their fees, I did ask for clarification and was told that they were correct. My parcel comes from Portugal and cost me half of the fees they are charging. I was advised on 4/4/2025 that my parcel had been released by customs???? I have sent various emails to find out where my parcel is. They at first could not tell me, now they tell me it is being held at the port following inspection for health purposes. Meanwhile on their tracking app it says it is in the warehouse in Kempton park and has been there since 4/4/2025. I have never had such bad service from any courier and I have been importing items for years. I would have thought that UPS being an international company would be the best!!!! DONT USE THEM - you will get no joy when enquiring and just get the run around. VERY disappointing
