UPS SCS South Africa JHB............ your service is non existent

If you can, please don't ever rely on UPS SCS South Africa JHB to receive a parcel through ETSY orders from abroad. I have waited since 5th of June when I placed my order to date. UPS were kind enough to let me know WHOOPEE your parcel is on it's way. Since then well, NO WAY. Their first excuse when I phoned was they had no way of contacting me. "Lets not forget the email on the 14th June to ME, tell me my parcel is on it's way". Now they had NO WAY of contacting me. Then the operator tells me I need to pay Customer Fees for my parcel, which I did immediately on the 2nd July. I made sure I made a follow up call to ensure they received my payment. The operator who assisted was Michelle and said, your fees have been received and your parcel will be on it's way with 24 hrs. Well it's the 8th July 2024, no parcel. I contacted UPS again and now the excuse was that Lorraine who was working with my account did not release the parcel. Seriously, the goods were just over 2k. I paid nearly 2 and a half thousand rands to get the parcel here. Here we are............. still no sign of the parcel.
