UPS SA failing to deliver

I am on edge as I type this. I ordered a packed from Daniel Wellington and all went well until UPS South Africa messed everything. Firstly my package was sent to the wrong province. The company then sends me an email with a query issue but no explanation. I had to call and find out this issue through their tedious call center where I was made to hold for over 20 min. Luckily the gentleman at their call center explained and communicated the issue with a call back providing solution. 4 days later the issue still stands and UPS continues to send emails of a lost package query. I went through the same tedious process of calling their many numbers to only get through on the sixth call after holding for 30 min on the previous call. They still do not know where my package is and they don't know when I will receive it. This is just unreliable.
