Unresolved Customs Payment & Delayed Delivery – UPS South Africa

I am writing this review to escalate an issue regarding a Alibaba parcel held by UPS. The parcel arrived around August 29th, and I was requested to pay customs fees. On September 2nd, I made the payment and immediately emailed the proof of payment to UPS. Despite submitting the required proof over ten days ago, there has been no update, no response to my emails, and the tracking platform still falsely claims that the parcel is "Pending Customs Fees." The package remains stuck in their warehouse. I need UPS to acknowledge my payment, clear the customs hold immediately, and provide an updated delivery date.
