Poor service

They received my parcel on the 6th of March 2025 but they never sent a invoice to me. I called 6 times asking for it they promised to send it me and some of the consultants insisted they sent it up until i raised my voice. The invoice was sent to me today the 17th of March 2025. I will never use their service. They suck!!
