Poor customer service

Ordered material from overseas and used my supplier's option for UPS Expedited shipping. UPS got the parcel to SA and then they send the cost for duties to the wrong person and only after a week was I able to get the link and make payment. After several calls back and forward and sending the VAT and Import codes to UPS, I still see a "Clearance Information Needed" online. When I call UPS, they tell me it is because of an additional amount difference, but can't tell me what it is, but assured me that it has been escalated. I am still waiting to find out the problem and when I will get my order. I definitely won't select them again in future.
