Parcel not being delivered and misleading information given when following up on the parcel suggesting some element of *****

I sent a parcel from the UK for my friend who is getting married on Saturday the 22nd of March. The parcel has been with them for more than two weeks, when we call to follow up on the parcel they say its out for delivery. For past week everyday the parcel is on the road out for delivery. I am now suspecting the UPS stuff that they’ve ****** the parcel because they’ve been giving us misleading information regarding this parcel. We need the parcel to reach Camperdown before the wedding day
