Disgraceful customer service

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by UPS South Africa. It seems that the company has no genuine interest in delivering customer shipments but rather in mishandling them. The experience I’ve had is beyond unacceptable. Considering the numerous negative reviews, I’m astonished that they are still operating without accountability. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It feels like shipments from abroad are treated as opportunities for misconduct rather than as a responsibility to customers. Absolutely disgraceful.
