Big shout out to Charmaine at UPS JHB - what a breath of fresh air - spent a whole day with others at UPS JHB getting nowhere but frustrated and wound up - Charmaine becomes involved and all of a sudden it goes like clock work - cant recommend her highly enough - if you have to deal with UPS JHB make sure you get hold of Charmaine - you will clear your parcels quickly and easily - others there - not so much.
