UPS Service Failure
UPS has turned a simple parcel delivery into a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing delays, poor communication, and repeated payment demands from UPS regarding my parcel delivery. Despite providing all requested documents and making multiple payments, the process has been plagued by inefficiency and lack of accountability, conflicting and escalating payment demands with no transparency. And the biggest concern - Lack of response to multiple follow-up emails. UPS — customers deserve better.
