Uproar.gg is ripping me off

This website sucks,it honestly sucks...moderators takes weeks or months to respond to support tickets,yet they have a support section which is not very useful..I purchased 800 crystals directly as i am subscribed and pays for subscription,its been more than a month and i havent received anything yet,meanwhile subscription gets debited every month on time..I wouldnt recommend anybody to use this site..
