Cheated by Upmoney

I have been cheated by these people, i paid the R180.00 got the 5 people to join, promised a meat pack but non of that happened, i was given an address to fetch my pack but the people there knew nothing about it. I tried to contact them but 1 was rude the other promised to help but nothing happend, Their phones are constantly off, then suddenly they send us an message telling us they cant help cos FNB is refusing to give them their money, i wonder how true that is and if FNB bank knows this story
