Where is password link?

I have been trying for weeks to get two expensive computer games to work. Since I have been trying to do this from up to two years ago, without luck, I have tried to register then. However, I don't know what my password were although my e-mail stayed the same. Now when I click on recover password it says in a pop-up that a new one has been mailed, but nada.
