Non excisting service provider

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a problem with my explora DSTV decoder. After seferal phone calls to the DSTV call centre(3 phonecalls end more that na hour on the phone), did I go to Upitron(only DSTV service provider in Upington). Needles to say there is no service in the shop. 3 ladies work there. After a long time in a que listening to how they speak to other clients, was it my time to shine at the desk. The lady walk away and after I asked where she is going, she just walk away and retirned a while later with 2 sups of cofee. She then gave the 1 to her collegue, had a nice long chat and then came to me(still waiting at the counter). I explained what was the problem, but she just send me away to call the call centre(she did not even plug in my decoder to check from her side what is going on). I went away furious and went to my cellphone. I posted a complaint on a local facebook site and was shocked how many people had the same bad service. Can you please expose these people, so that DSTV can maybe get another service provider in this area? Thank you</p>
