I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING AT UPINGTON INN

Upington Inn is the worst possible place to stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. 41 degrees in the heat of summer and the aircon doesn't work. My room was was flooded with locusts and bugs that kept me awake the entire night. When I checked into the room, there were dead locusts on the bedroom floor. They do not give clean towels the next day, nor clean the floors. Evidence of the dead bugs and locusts still being on the floor the next day. The DSTV channels do not work. The water cooler that they brought to my room was taken out of my room while I was at the pool without my permission. Clearly they do not respect a person's privacy. Reception is not friendly nor welcoming. Electricity in the rooms work with your room's key card, so you can't even leave your phone on charge in your room while you go for a swim. An overall HORRIBLE experience
