Couches Peeling after upholstery

I had my couches done and within a year they started peeling. I contacted the owner and he said the problem must have been because the material that had been used had a defect and in order for me to get it fixed i had to PAY AGAIN. I told him this was something he had to sort out with his suppliers and he has never come back to me ever since. Now i`m stuck with peeling couches.
